I _______________________ (Photographer) give By The Sea Publications and its agents permission to use photograph(s) taken by me of (see attached itemized list) for the specific purpose of promoting and marketing The Insiders’ Guide and InsiderInfo.us. It us understood that this agreement spells out By the Sea Publication’s rights to use these images – actual ownership of the images remains with the photographer.

I understand the photograph(s) will be used to promote The Insiders’ Guide and InsiderInfo.us in all forms of media including, but not limited to, digital media, portfolios, articles and promotional material for By The Sea Publications. Photographs will be used indefinitely as needed at the discretion of By The Sea Publications but will not be used for/by individual advertisements/advertisers. I understand the photographs include e-mailed files and/or actual photographs submitted to By The Sea Publications.

I give permission for my name to be used in conjunction with the photographs. By signing below I acknowledge that I own these images and have the exclusive right to give permission for their use and publication.

In giving my consent, I hereby release and hold harmless By The Sea Publications and its agents from any and all responsibility or liability.
