Melissa Parker Lee, owner and instructor at Island Yoga, was certified in yoga and Pilates by Seaside Yoga of Wilmington with Advanced Teacher Training at Asheville Yoga Center. She was Pilates equipment trained by Inbalance Pilates Studio. Her other credits include RYT (200) Yoga Alliance, CYTA, Phoenix Rising Yoga Level I and she has completed a 72-hour Anusara Yoga Immersion Program. A variety of classes and class times are offered Monday through Saturday, including Yoga Levels 1 & 2, Core Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Anusara-Inspired Yoga, Pilates and Yoga-ilates (a combination of yoga and Pilates).
