Most bowling centers in our area host not only leagues, but also private parties. Some have even added live music and dancing to their lounge entertainment, and all are family-oriented. Competitive prices average about $3 to $3.50 per game for adults on weekends. Prices on weekdays and for children 11 and younger may be lower.

Ten Pin Alley is at 127 S. College Road in Marketplace Mall, (910) 452-5455. They have special daytime rates for everybody until 5 PM: Monday through Thursday $1.75, Fridays $2.50 and weekends and holidays $3.75
