“Wood and woodworking are a passion for me,” admits Ed Mayorga, a long time resident of Wilmington. Whether the project is reproducing an 18th century piece of furniture, or the restoration of an ornate, carved gilded mirror, Ed uses his intuitive understanding of the power and beauty of wood to coax the desired finished product…..and the fact that his father was a renowned cabinet maker helped instill that skill of mind and hand. Master Craftsmen Services, Inc. is well known as the place to restore cherished pieces, particularly those damaged by fire or water.JayTervo_06-2007
