Resort & Conference Center is an excellent choice for your vacation,
be it for a week or more than a month. Accommodations are in natural
settings, and you can choose from a guest room, a mini-suite
efficiency or a spacious fairway villa. When you decide on a villa,
you may have your choice of the Royal Poste, River Creek I & II, or
Club Villa neighborhoods on the Dan Maples Golf Course. Also
available are the newly built Champions, with one or two bedrooms
and elevator access. Champion units are located on the Willard Byrd
Golf Course.
There
are three
golf courses here, including the Rees Jones Golf Course (see our
Golf chapter).
Amenities provided by the Village Activity Center include an outdoor
pool and whirlpool; the Oasis Pool Bar; an indoor pool and
whirlpool; a weight room and cardiovascular theater with fitness
classes including yoga, water yoga and water aerobics; and a spa
where you can get a soothing massage or a relaxing manicure or
pedicure. The staff can arrange for bicycling, deep-sea fishing, jet
skiing, horseback riding or adventure cruising. Card games, board
games and crafts are some of the available indoor activities. The
activity center has an outdoor volleyball area and two tennis courts
with racquet rentals. Especially for kids there is a pool, an
activity room for arts and crafts, games, movies and weekly Kids
Night Out parties.
Nearby communities offer a variety of entertainment at movie
theaters, shopping centers, restaurants, dinner theaters and live
shows. The complimentary Sea Trail Shuttle is available to take you
to the beach and throughout Sea Trail Golf Resort & Conference
Center.
