Children 12 and younger stay free when sharing their parents' room. The pool has plenty of big umbrellas for shade lovers. It's open April through October.

Jolly Roger Inn is on the oceanfront, on the same premises as the Jolly Roger Fishing Pier and centrally located in downtown Topsail Beach. Many of the units have been recently remodeled and there are 12 new condos at the complex. Amenities include two pools, a large sun deck and an elevator. Rental rates include departure cleaning and daily maid service. Small pets less than 25 pounds are allowed in some units. Special group rates are offered for weddings, reunions and sports clubs.
