Many people come to this area to start
businesses. These entrepreneurs either work from home or seek
professional office space with secretarial services. Several office
centers provide the individual or small company with turnkey services
that include a central reception area, support staff services, use of
office equipment and an opportunity to be in a professional setting.
Utilities (excluding phone service) and janitorial services are often
included in the lease. Ask specifically what amenities are included when
seeking office space.
