TimesharesTimesharing may be worth looking into if you love vacationing here year after year. Several developments on the Crystal Coast are set up for timesharing. Billed as a way to have a lifetime of affordable vacations, timeshares allow you to purchase a block of time, usually one or more weeks, for a specific unit. Each year, the time you purchased is yours at that unit. If your plans should change, most of the companies will allow you to exchange your week on the Crystal Coast for another location around the nation or the world — depending on their company's real estate holdings. Check on this before you purchase. Like any other commitment, be sure to understand all of the terms clearly. Working with a reputable agency will ensure that all of your questions are answered. Before you arrange to buy into a timeshare condo, make sure you understand all the extras, including additional fees such as the maintenance fee. Once you pay off the note, you receive the deed to your week in your specific unit. Some organizations do put restrictions on resale, even after you own the time in that unit, so check on that before you put your name on the dotted line. Convenience is a key factor in timeshares. There's a lot
less preparation and a lot more time for easing right into vacation mode.
The unit will be completely furnished, down to the linens, dishes and
utensils, so you just stop by the supermarket and unload your stuff, and
you're set for the duration. Each of the timeshare facilities listed here is

Properties There are 98 units in the timeshare inventory
and 181 possible units in the rental inventory at A Place at the Beach.
Designed as one-, two- and three-bedroom units, each provides all the
luxuries of home and then some. Every unit is fully furnished, and linens,
towels and a fully equipped kitchen are provided. A laundry facility is on
site. Additionally, the two- and three-bedroom units feature washers and
dryers. A Place at the Beach has an indoor heated pool and outdoor pool with
a waterslide. |

and Jacuzzi. Ownership also allows those living or visiting nearby to
continue to use the facility's parking, beach access, showers, swimming,
