Apartments The apartment complexes along the Crystal Coast offer a
nice selection for renters. This coastal area is not filled with a large
number of apartment complexes like other beach areas, so once the nicest
ones are filled, there is a often a slow turnover rate. Area real estate
companies often manage apartments for the owners, and rentals are also
listed in the classified section of the Carteret County News-Times.
We have listed a few of the larger apartment complexes here. Beaufort Town Apartments I, II & III Located about 2 miles from the waterfront, Beaufort Town
Apartments offers units with two bedrooms and one and half baths or
units with two bedrooms and two and a half baths. Residents can enjoy a
pool and a small playground area. The complex allows children, and cats
and small dogs are allowed with a separate deposit. Country Club Apartments Country Club Apartments are centrally located in
Morehead City and less than 15 minutes from the beach. The complex
features many trees on the property, a nice playground and offers a
quiet setting for its residents. Maintained by a friendly staff, they
offer apartments with one, two or three bedrooms. Children are welcome,
and pets are permitted with some stipulations regarding size, number and
fees. Kings Mill Apartments Built in 2000, Kings Mill offers affordable housing to
individuals 55 years of age or older. One- and two-bedroom apartments
are offered in this complex, and there is an income restriction for
residents. Its location is convenient to downtown Newport. Orlandah Court Apartments Orlandah Court Apartments features units with one or two
bedrooms. This quiet complex allows children but not pets. Centrally
located in town, it offers convenience and fair pricing in the rental
