Lift and clean your ball only when necessary. When doing so, place your marker behind your ball, so you don't interfere at all with your putting line.

Record your score at the next tee box or while driving to the next tee, not on or near the green.

Always check in 20 to 30 minutes before your tee time, so you'll have time to change your shoes and hit a few practice shots or putts. You are expected to tee off at your scheduled time, not arrive at that time, then warm up and load your cart.
